In 1997, the British music industry was producing hit after hit with bands such as Blur, Oasis, Supergrass, and others. Nicholas Hoult takes on the role of Steven Stelfox, a 27-year-old A&R man who would do anything to find the next hit in the cutthroat London music industry. Inspired by copious amounts of drugs, greed, and pure ambition, Stelfox resorts to a murderous new level to climb the ranks of the industry and keep the hits coming.
